Our full body functional interval training workouts will get you in shape and make you feel great. BrickFIT classes are 45-60 minutes long with a different workout each day. Our classes are capped at a max of 16 people, smaller classes means more attention from our trainers to get you results. We work every muscle group and keep muscle confusion ongoing, this will get you the most out of your workouts without spending too much time at the gym. Extremely easy to fit into your busy schedule, no thinking about your routine, or waiting for equipment to free up. All you have to do is reserve your class under the 'Calendar' menu, then just show up and put the work in!

Want to get more out of your training? Come in with your goal and we can get you there. Whether it's to lose weight, increase your strength, or train for a competition. We have trainers that have the experience to get you there.

Group Training

We offer group training that can be done at our location or at yours. We will bring the equipment and expertise needed to give you a workout where ever you want.
